This isn't an active blog, but I just have to vent something right now.
I CANNOT BELIEVE ANYONE WOULD VOTE YES ON PROP 8. Even if you're religious, what does the marriage of two people of the same gender have anything to do with it? If anyone is going to hell (or so you believe), what difference does it make on your life if they get married? It's not like it makes you gay, or more likely that your children will become gay. VOTING YES ON PROP 8 WILL NOT PRESERVE RELIGIOUS FREEDOM. IT WILL ONLY PROHIBIT PERSONAL LIFESTYLE CHOICES BY ANY HUMAN BEING. If this passes, then what is next? VOTING YES WILL BE A STEP BACKWARDS IN THE HUMAN RIGHTS MOVEMENT ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
